London New and Aspiring Heads' Conference 2017
Wed 17 May 2017, 09:00 – 17:00 BST
"This was the best conference I have attended for many years. It was fantastic value for money. It was so good to meet with other new heads. All the workshops were well delivered and informative. I came away feeling inspired and more confident in my new role." Sharon Wiltshire, Co-Head Teacher
Aimed at those new to headship, or those aspiring to be a head teacher, the New and Aspiring Heads' Conference is designed to help you build the skills you need to move forwards in your career. On becoming a new head we know that you’ll have competing priorities; we think you should prioritise your professional development to equip you in your new role. 100% of last year's attendees said that this conference met its stated objectives, provided value for money and would recommend it to a colleague.
"Superb day, inspiring and providing this newly appointed Headteacher with plenty to take on and move forward. With a clear and concise message as to the importance of strength in headship, yet not to the detriment of your whole life. The whole positivity of the day reflects my own personal belief as to how I do my job. Good to see that the NAHT can promote the value of the personality of a HT makes such a difference on a school." John Logue, Deputy Head Teacher
