Join us to explore the school and get a feel for life studying your Part 2 MArch at the LSA, ahead of applications opening in early 2026.
You’ll hear from our newly appointed Head of School, Lee Ivett, and Head of the Part 2 Programme, Dr Ruth Lang. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet current master’s students and module leaders.
A selection of student work from both first- and second-year students will be on display, offering insight into the innovative projects being developed at the LSA.
You’ll also be able to speak with the team about the first-year student placement and get advice on how to prepare for your application.
We hope to see you there!
About the Programme
Our Part 2 MArch programme is designed to bridge the gap between academia and professional practice. It is research-led, practice-embedded, and responsive to a changing world.
Projects will explore the production of the built environment under ‘real life’ conditions – your projects will revolve around a built proposition, not just through the creation of new buildings, but working inventively and responsibly with what we have. This means a relentless and unapologetic focus on diverse forms of practice and the immediate and urgent demands of the development of the city, as well its long-term future prospects in an age of Climate Emergency and rampant inequity in urban life.
A core part of the LSA experience is cultivating a deep connection with industry and gaining the tools to design the spaces and places that will shape future societies.
