Do you feel like your days are passing you by? Too much work to do? No work at all? Expectations and responsibilities dragging you down? Feeling down, anxious or unmotivated?
Need someone to talk to? A place to vent and grow?
We are here for you.
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH WESTMINSTER LIBRARIES! FUNDED BY THE NATIONAL LOTTERY FUND! ✨
This Support Meeting will take place on the 3rd Sunday of every month at The Charing Cross Library (BASEMENT ROOM)
Our Support Meetings are where you can truly be open and free to talk about your experiences, and be heard and accepted. This group is led by like-minded people with lived experience. The first part of the session is all about venting your stresses. Then, each meeting focuses on a different topic and uses therapeutic arts to raise self awareness and encourage acceptance and change. We cover topics like anger, forgiveness, self-confidence, family, conflict resolution, self-love etc.
It is open to anyone aged 18-35. All discussions are completely confidential (unless your safety is at immediate risk). We will provide you with the materials required. This is a free session although we do appreciate any donations as it helps us maintain this safe space.
- Please don’t be late as this may disrupt the flow of the session for the other participants. ⏰
- You don’t have to participate in the exercises if you don’t want to, no one will pressure you. Your presence is enough. 😊
- Feel free to bring a friend if that would be more comfortable for you, please let us know in advance (or book 2 seats).
There’s no obligation to attend each session but if you book a ticket, please try your best to commit.
Hope to see you there.
