The Life Off the Streets women's workstream has been tasked by Greater London Authority and London Councils to organise a women's census which aims to better capture data about the extent of women's rough sleeping in London.

The census will take place across a full working week, 19th-23rd September.

The census will have four components including outreach, a survey to be completed by services in contact with women experiencing homelessness, as well as data collection from housing options and StreetLink.

This is an important piece of work with nothing of this scale having been delivered before: we need your help!

Attend this short session to find out more about how you can be involved, how the census will work, register your interest and ask questions.

Who is this session for?

Those who can support delivery of any of the four components of the census. The survey is designed for services whose primary focus might not be homelessness, but may encounter women experiencing rough sleeping and similar, (for example, health services, VAWG services, community services such as food banks, faith groups, drug and alcohol services and so on).
