London Work and Health Programme provider networking event
Thu 16 March 2017, 09:30 – 12:30 GMT
The procurement process for the four devolved London Work and Health Programmes is now live. ERSA, the London sub-regions (Central London Forward, Local London, South London Partnership and West London Alliance) and London Councils are hosting a networking event for any organisation interested in becoming involved in the delivery of the London Work and Health Programme.
This event is open to any organisation, whether interested in participating as a prime bidder, subcontractor or partner and is free of charge. The event will be held exhibition style, with potential primes hosting a trestle table. Organisations do not need to be an ERSA member to participate. You must register to attend in advance to guarantee a place.
We ask that you indicate whether you are interested in delivery as a prime or sub-contractor when you register.
Given London’s timetable for procurement, the timetable in turn for this event is tight. However, it is right that potential bidders have the maximum opportunity to speak to potential supply chain partners and other organisations in order to inform their bids and that likewise, potential supply chain partners have the opportunity to speak to potential prime contractors before deciding whether and how to participate.
The sub-regional London procurement leads will not be answering questions at the event. If you have any questions regarding the London Work and Health Programme please ask these using the procurement portal: https://www.capitalesourcing.com/web/login.shtml
You do not need to be a member of ERSA to attend.
This event is free of charge to those interested in participating as a prime bidder, subcontractor or partner but you must register in advance.
Substitutions are allowed at anytime, please email details to email@example.com at your earliest opportunity so we can ensure we have a badge.
