In her new role as head of people at childcare startup tiney, she's now tasked with creating and scaling culture from the foundations, and finding an office space solution to align with that. She will share her insights into how she's thinking about this for tiney.

• Sam Dawson and Gavin Kamara, Kontor: Kontor have helped over 400 movers and shakers find their next office, including Made.com, Deliveroo, Stitchfix, Revolut, Allbirds, iZettle, Thriva, Atomico, 11:FS and Nested. Sam is the Global Head of Flexible Office Transactions and will offer insights based on more than eight years of experience in the London flexible office space. Gavin heads up leasing at Kontor. With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, he’ll tell you what you need to look out for when planning a real estate strategy.

• Michael Cockburn, Desana: Michael is the cofounder of Desana. Desana are rethinking how decentralised teams access space for work by providing on-demand workspace wherever your staff need it. He’ll share how Desana works to provide insight into on-demand workspace as a sustainable option when scaling a decentralised team.
