Event description

Description

The London's Pride jogging tour explores 3000 years of queer lives over a 7km jog, stopping at places along the way to hear stories of secret love, public punishment, gender identity and civil rights progress.

Journey from 1200 BC to 2017 AD, learning about the surprising customs of Celtic warriors, the illicit love of a 14th century King, and the legendary antics of Long Meg, London’s first cross-dressing brothel owner.

This is a ‘no-glory-holes-barred’ look at the tops and bottoms of London’s queer history, and everyone is welcome.

£2 of every ticket will be donated to the Albert Kennedy Trust, supporting homeless LGBT young people.
