Join a group of likeminded adventurers on a soul-nourishing 10.1km hike through the rolling hills of the South Downs. We’ll walk among peaceful grazing fields, climb to panoramic sea views, and pass by the iconic Long Man of Wilmington—a mysterious ancient chalk figure etched into the hillside.
This circular route blends light challenge with big rewards: movement, fresh air, and a deep reconnection with nature and yourself.

What to Expect:
A 3-hour guided hike with breaks for views, snacks, and reflection...
Beginner-friendly terrain with some moderate climbs.

Logistics:
- Meeting Point: London Victoria Station, 8:30 AM
- Train: Please get a return ticket: 8:54 AM to Berwick (Sussex) – arrives 10:25 AM Ticket back to London for 18.09PM or preferred station.
- If traveling independently, meet at Berwick Station at 10:23 AM
- We’ll begin walking shortly after!
What to Bring:
- Light, breathable layers
- A waterproof jacket and a rucksack
- Supportive walking boots or trainers with a good grip
- A packed lunch, snacks, and at least 1L of water
- Optional extras: tissues, hand sanitiser, sunscreen, sunglasses
- Most importantly—bring your best energy!
Optional Post-Hike Stop:
We can finish the day with food, drinks, and great company at a charming countryside terrace nearby (optional but recommended!).
