The 2025 Longford Lecture will be delivered by Dame Rachel de Souza "Guilty until proven innocent: Every child's right to freedom, fairness, and opportunity"

This is a free event but donations are welcomed (from those who can). It will be followed by a drinks reception catered by Liberty Kitchen.

Dame Rachel was appointed Children’s Commissioner in 2021. In this role she has unique legislative powers, is an advocate for children across the country, and represents children’s needs - including young offenders - across Government.
