Event description
The Brighton & Hove Frontline Network bring you: Looking after ourselves and the health of those we support - How are we doing?

About this Event

We are hosting this event in place of our posponed Homelessness & Health Conference with Arch Health, which we plan to re-schelude in the New Year.

Looking after ourselves and the health of those we support - How are we doing?

1.00pm - 3.30pm Friday 27th November

Session 1 - Health of those we support

Check in with how the pandemic has impacted on the health, and health services, of those affected by homelessness.

A member of the Arch Healthcare team will be joining us to give an update from their perspective; plus an opportunity for some Q&A and to share some of your own experiences.

Gary, CEO at Arch Health, will introduce an exciting new patient involvement project which is launching in the new year. The Common Ambition project aims to improve health services for people experiencing homelessness.

We are also excited to announce that Justlife's Research Team will be joining us to share some of the findings on their recent research into the impact of covid on those living in TA.

Session 2 - Looking After Ourselves

As we enter another lockdown, and potentially some difficult weeks ahead, making sure we look after ourselves couldn't be more important at this time, but it is so often the first thing we stop doing when under pressure.

This session will help us re-focus on how we can look after ourselves - if we don't look after ourselves then how can we look after others?

We will be hosting this event on Zoom.

It will be an interactive event, with the opportunity to discuss thoughts and ideas in breakout rooms.
