With the spotlight on Slough’s regeneration programme, construction employers have joined forces with Learning to Work to give an insight for those considering their career paths or for those keen to retrain in a booming industry. The event will raise awareness of the diverse career opportunities that exist within the construction sector from design, planning, and commercial,  through to building and interior finishing. Attendees will hear first hand from a range of industry experts, participate in hands on workshops and have the chance to meet and talk to people from a wide variety of roles.

There are various closed sessions throughout the day for students.

An open door and job search session will be running from 3.45pm to 4.30pm which is open to parents/carers and anyone looking to find out more about jobs of the future, entry levels, local market information the various routes into a variety of career paths and to hear first hand from Slough Urban Renewal about current and future development in the town.  You will also be given the option to stay for our Q&A session.
