A BOUT THIS EVENT

Come along and make your own Peg Loom with our fantastic woodwork tutor Graham, then in the afternoon, Jo will show you how to set it up and use it and to use up recycled materials.

Please take along your own lunch, but hot and cold drinks will be available all day.

We were at Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival in the summer of 2023 where over 400 people from all over the Highlands, the rest of Scotland, England and Ireland stopped by our Pop-Up learning centre in The Walled Garden to take part in eco-friendly activities helping to reduce textile waste. Several large boxes of textile waste were turned into peg loom weaving creations (seat pads, table mats, pet beds, doll & teddy mattresses and cleaning cloths)
