10.30am – 11am DASH Run Lab. DASH will make you run better, run faster and it will feel easier! Designed and instructed by track athletes the DASH Running Lab helps to re-educate the basic skills of running, teaching rhythm through effective running drills, reaction and muscle activation. So whether you’re training for a marathon or want to start running for the very first time, we’ll show you how. Suitable for all fitness levels.
11am – 11.30am 3k group run down to the Thames river bank to test out your newly learned skills!
11.30am – end up back at the store where you’ll enjoy post-run protein shakes from Vega, post-run snacks from Superfoodio and 20% off new collection!
