Our youth are currently facing an unprecedented crisis. Muslim Youth are leaving Islam as a faith and Islam as a way of life in their droves. Atheism and serious doubts in Islam have reached shocking levels. Double lives are commonplace and the social pressures are overwhelming. Is this the new reality and if so is there any evidence? Are we really losing the hearts and minds of our youth?
Having worked with thousands of children and youth we have come to see first-hand how no one is immune to the challenges of today; regardless of demographic, religiosity or social class.

This evidence based event will highlight the secret lives of our youth and what is actually happening in schools, colleges, universities, social media, online and in the home and the ways in which we are failing our youth. The event is designed to inspire and motivate our community to make the much needed changes.
We will be presenting the facts, insights, and solutions towards helping improve the lives of Muslim youth and our families; to help turn this crisis around.
If we do not act now what does the future look like? Will our grandchildren be Muslim merely by name or Muslim's of Faith?

The Issues-

We currently have serious Muslim youth issues in regards to Marriage , Mental Health, Education, Addictions, Relationships, Double Lives, Shamelessness, Mindfulness, Suicide, Islamophobia, Atheism, Sexualisation, Drugs, Crime,, Lack Of Spirituality, Role Models, Family, Faith, Materialism, Diet & Exercise, Identity, Recreation, Stress, Peer Pressure, Social Skills, Entertainment, Morals, Bullying, Online Threats, Parenting, Childhood, Youth Transition, Emotional Intelligence and many more....

Speaker:
Dr Deen is a PhD Researcher in Sociology & Lecturer By profession. He is the founder of Dr Deen Youth Solutions, a faith based youth charity which helps Muslim students and youth. Dr Deen is considered a youth expert; a grassroots youth worker, professional story teller, vlogger, blogger and motivational speaker. As a life coach, he specialises in dealing with aspects of Muslim youth life and parenting offering ‘Real World’ solutions to the challenges young Muslims face. His insightful and inspirational talks and workshops have been delivered to thousands of young people have earned him a position of advisor and mentor to educational institutions, imams, scholars, community figureheads as well as TV and radio appearances

Is this Event for Adults Only?
This event is for the whole community. The main presentation is aimed at Adults and 12Yrs+ (at Parents Discretion). Please note we will be discussing youth related themes. Tickets costs only £5 including dinner.

Children and Creche Facility-There will be a creche facility for younger children run by qualified childminders with the relevant insurance. Please note spaces are limited so its advisable to book early. The Ticket price includes the creche facility and dinner. All Attendees over the age of 3 must hold a valid ticket. It is not advisable to bring babies as the creche will only cater for 3 to 9 year olds. The main presentation is for 12yrs+ at parents discretion. There is no creche facility is available for under 3's. As very serious topics are being discussed, no children under the age of 8 will be allowed in main hall (due to recording purposes and the attention of the speakers).

Seating Arrangements for Brothers and Sisters:
The large hall will have separate seating areas for brothers and sisters.We will also try and arrange seating for families to sit together.
