Hands-on experience of using the simulation
At this day's training session you will thoroughly explore all aspects of both interactive simulations, looking at ways to highlight and manage issues raised. Comprehensive training packs (based on research and expert consultation) containing discussion points, guidance and references is included. 12 months free access to both simulations will be awarded once training is successfully completed.
Light refreshments will be available on arrival and lunch is provided.
a. The University reserves the right to cancel the Training up to 10 days before the Commencement Date. In the event of such a cancellation the University shall endeavour to contact you by email to inform you of the cancellation. The Client is responsible for checking details for any cancellation before travelling. The University is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.
b. The Client may cancel this Contract at any time by sending notice of its cancellation in writing to the University Key Contact (Commercial). If this notice is received less than 28 days before the Commencement Date the following cancellation charges shall apply:

Less than 14 days 100%
Between 15 and 21 days 50%
Between 22 and 28 days 25%
More than 28 days 0%
c. If the performance by either party of any of its obligations under this Contract (other than a payment obligation) is delayed or prevented by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, then that party shall not be in breach of this Contract because of any delay in performance. However, if the delay in performance exceeds six months the other party may cancel this Contract with immediate effect by giving notice to the affected party.
The following updated information will be sent to delegates who have booked a place, within a week of the training session:
Parking: We will forward you a parking permit, if you need to drive. The nearest car park to the training room will be highlighted and a map included. Please let us know if you require a blue badge parking space reserved when booking your place. Please also note it is a large campus and it is important to read the directions to the training venue.
Directions to the training room: These will be confirmed again with maps and directions from the nearest car park. Tea and coffee will be provided from 9am.
