Will I be able to use my student discount?

Absolutely! During the lock-in, you’ll be able to get 20% off everything in the Lounge store.

Will you have everything in stock?

Accepted Answer

We’ll be stocking selected Underwear, Intimates, Clothing and Sleep collections, including new launches. If anything isn't in stock in store, you'll be able to order with free Express Delivery to your home address.

Will you be offering all of your sizes?

If everyone can shop online, then everyone can shop in store. If you don’t see your size on the shop floor, just speak to a member of staff - we’ll be more than happy to check for you.

I’ve never bought from Lounge online because I don’t know my size...

Our friendly staff will be on hand during the lock-in to help you find your perfect size. If you already know your size but just can’t choose, our Fitting Rooms are fully equipped with flattering lighting, lots of space and interactive videos.

Can I return my purchase?

We’re sure you’ll love your Lounge pieces, but if you change your mind, you’ll be able to return your pieces in-store during our opening hours, or online via our Returns Portal: https://lounge.intelligentreturns.net/main/landing
