Will I be able to use my student discount?

During the lock-in, you’ll be able to get 20% off everything in store using your UNiDAYS ID.

Will you have everything in stock?

We’ll be stocking selected Underwear, Intimates, Clothing and Sleep collections in store. If your desired item isn't in stock in store, you'll be able to order with complimentary Express Shipping to your home address.

Will you be offering all of your sizes?

If everyone can shop on-site, then everyone can shop in-store. If you don’t see your size on the shop floor, speak to a member of staff - we’ll be more than happy to check for you.

I’ve never bought from Lounge online because I don’t know my size...

Our friendly staff will be on hand during the lock-in to help you find your perfect size. If you already know your size but just can’t choose, our Fitting Rooms are fully equipped with flattering lighting, lots of space and interactive videos.

Can I return my purchase?
