Will I be able to use my student discount?

During the lock-in, you’ll be able to get 20% off everything in the Lounge store using your UNiDAYS ID.

Will you have everything in stock?

Accepted Answer

We’ll be stocking selected Underwear, Intimates, Clothing and Sleep collections, including new launches. If your desired item isn't available in store, you'll be able to get your items delivered with complimentary Express Shipping to your home address.

Will you be offering all of your sizes?

If everyone can shop on-site, then everyone can shop in-store. If you don’t see your size on the shop floor, speak to a member of staff - we’ll be more than happy to check for you.

I’ve never bought from Lounge online because I don’t know my size...

Our friendly staff will be on hand to help you find your perfect size during the lock-in. If you already know your size but just can’t choose, our Fitting Rooms are fully equipped with flattering lighting, lots of space and interactive videos.

Can I return my purchase?
