Will I be able to use my student discount?

During the lock-in, you’ll be able to get 25% off everything in store, including new launches like the Spring Daze Collection. Don't forget your student ID!

What’s on at the lock-in?

You can expect refreshments, games, and even goodie bags for the first 25 customers.

Will you have everything in stock?

We’ll be stocking selected Underwear, Intimates, Clothing and Sleep collections during the lock-in. If the item you’re looking for isn’t available in store, our staff will be happy to place an online order with complimentary express shipping.

Question 5

Will you be offering all of your sizes?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We offer bras from 30A-40G (UK size), and our clothing ranges from XS-3XL. If you don’t see your size on the shop floor, our staff will be happy to check for you.

Will I be able to try items on?

Accepted Answer

Every Lounge store is equipped with state-of-the-art Fitting Rooms, with flattering lighting, lots of space and interactive videos to provide sizing help. Our staff are also experts in bra fittings and will be happy to help you find your perfect size.

Can I return my purchase?

If you change your mind, you’ll be able to return your purchase in store during our opening hours, or online via our Returns Portal: https://lounge.com/a/returns/
