We will have a base inside the conference building, but will also spend sometime outside too.

Frequently asked questions

Will I need a yoga mat?

No, any meditation will be carried out seated on a chair, or in the garden and park where you can sit or stand as you connect to nature.

Will refreshments be provided?

Yes, tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided. There is also a cafe on site for those wanting to stay and enjoy the park after the workshop.

What if it rains?

We will be based in the pavilion garden room which looks out over the garden, so we will still be able to engage with nature from inside if we need to.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes and shoes, with a coat in case the weather is cold outside.

Do I need to know how to meditate?

No, Louise caters for all levels. The purpose of the workshop is to enjoy the exercises in a group setting and to share our own thoughts and reflections as we tap into the healing power of nature. Louise creates a warm, inclusive atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable and at ease.
