Love Letters
Overview
Love Letters
A love letter can change everything.
A writing workshop that begins with self.
We don’t often stop to say the things that matter most.
Especially to ourselves.
This gentle writing workshop is an invitation to pause, slow down, pick up a pen, and write a love letter.
First, to yourself.
Because confidence grows when we learn to speak to ourselves with honesty, care, and compassion.
This is an opportunity to celebrate you.
Who you are, how you show up for others and write the words you need to hear.
From there, if you feel drawn to, there will be space to write another letter too.
To someone you love.
To a younger version of you.
To your future self.
To someone you’ve never properly thanked.
This isn’t about perfect words.
It’s about truth.
You don’t need to be a writer.
You don’t need to share anything.
You just need curiosity, openness, and a willingness to begin.
What to expect
- Gentle guided prompts
- Quiet reflection and writing time
- A calm, welcoming space
- No pressure to read aloud or share
- A letter you’ll leave with and keep
This workshop is part creative practice, part confidence building, and part permission to be kind to yourself.
This workshop is for you if:
- You feel stretched, busy, or a little disconnected from yourself
- You want to reconnect with your voice
- You’re craving clarity, self-belief, or a moment of stillness
- You enjoy thoughtful, meaningful creative experiences
- You want to write something that truly matters
What you’ll leave with
- At least one handwritten love letter
- A renewed sense of self-connection
- A reminder that confidence doesn’t come from doing more, it comes from knowing yourself better
What you’ll need
- A couple of beautiful cards or paper
- A nice writing pen (I like a fountain pen)
- A clear space, on your desk and dedicated time
- Optional, your favourite music, and a candle
