Event description

Description

Love my Genome
The blueprint of your future: what's in yours?

LOVE MY GENOME is an ambitious project - 10 healthy individuals with a professional or personal interest in genomics have had their genome sequenced and agreed to share their experiences to help others better understand what it means to know your genetic makeup – the insights and current limitations.

This event, hosted and moderated by the eminent neurobiologist and broadcaster Dr Hannah Critchlow, will include the premiere of a short documentary that presents the experiences of our 10 participants in their own words.

The film addresses fundamental issues pertaining to the meaning of our genome, its relevance to health, quality of life, business, industry and public policy.

Discussion and Q&A with some of the participants and experts in the field will follow, closing with a networking reception.

All are welcome to join us for this unique event.
