Transitioning from monogamy to any other relationship style is a whole paradigm shift (and that brings up a lot). Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM) requires us to reshape how we think about love, trust, and connection.
This therapist-led workshop will guide you through:
- Opening up with care – how to move from monogamy to ENM in a trauma-informed, intentional way
- How to think about secure attachment in the context of non-monogamy
- Beliefs that set you free – the mindset shifts that help you thrive in non-monogamy
- Navigating the feels - jealousy, envy, rejection and the art of emotional regulation
- We’ll also leave plenty of time for questions about your individual relationships or experiences and where you’re currently at so if you've ever wanted to ask a therapist ANYTHING about non monogamy, this is for you ;)
Expect a mix of therapeutic teaching and (optional) discussion with a balance of playfulness, science and real talk!
