Love Without Abandonment
Overview
Love isn’t the problem.
Abandonment is.
Not the dramatic kind, but the quiet ways we disconnect from ourselves in order to cope, perform, or stay functional.
This live online session is a grounded, nervous-system-led exploration of why love can feel unsafe, how the body learned to protect itself, and how to begin staying with yourself without pressure or emotional demand.
This is not a heart-opening workshop.
It is not affirmation-based or motivational.
It is slow, guided, and body-led work designed to support tired nervous systems.
What we’ll do
- Settle the nervous system and establish safety
- Explore how love and self-abandonment are held in the body
- Move through three guided somatic meditative practices
- Close with an embodiment practice to ground love as presence, not emotion
No sharing required.
Cameras optional.
Important to know
