Love your core or core control - an online talk

By Shoe Lane Library - City of London Libraries
Online event

Overview

Join Mark Langley and Shoe Lane Library for an online talk on how to learn and care for core stability in the body.

This page is for online tickets for this event - please see our separate page for in-person tickets.

Are you a “Wiggler” or a “Glider”?

We all have spines that we should manage. The most powerful tool we have is appropriate “core control”. Find out at Mark Langley's speaker session on core stability.

Mark will talk about core stability, what it is, why and how and we can ensure we are using our core control for our everyday activities of daily living, as well as when training and playing sport to help perform better with a reduced risk of injury.

Mark is a physiotherapist at Langley Morgan Physio and specialises in the treatment of musculoskeletal problems, involving spinal and peripheral pain and sports injuries, using manual therapy and movement control.

This event will be delivered both in-person and online. To book in person tickets, please visit our in-person booking page.
