In this 1 day workshop we will work on answering these questions and discovering how you can become the driver of your own life again.
You will learn techniques and tools to come out of autopilot and begin to experience life for the moments it is, rather than the blur we so often experience!
The tools are simple to learn and easy to grasp and all that is required is you!!

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is a large car park at the centre. There are buses directly to Totton from Southampton
and if you are really stuck we may be able to arrange transport for you!
