Welcome to Watford’s first selfie experience

8th to 30th August!

Book tickets to Atria Shopping Centre’s ‘Love Your Selfie’ immersive pop-up event. Explore fun, interactive selfie rooms at this summer’s must-visit attraction for all ages!

Located on the upper mall, across from M&S ‘Love Your Selfie’ features nine immersive selfie rooms and multiple stand out backdrops that won’t be seen anywhere else! Explore rooms including a melting Rubix Cube, a kaleidoscope of ribbons, a pink library, an illusion room and lots more all specially curated to suit every age from little ones right up to your serious content creators!

Tickets cost £5 (plus booking fee 98p per ticket)

All proceeds of ticket sales (excluding Eventbrite booking fee) go to local childhood cancer charity Jessica’s Arc supporting Alice’s Arc. The Arcs are a network of families who’s mission it is to find a cure and better treatments for rhabdomyosarcoma a rare childhood cancer.

Watford family Simon and Laura Macqueen joined forces with charity Alice’s Arc after their daughter, Jessica, 9, died from Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS). She had been ill for four months. Jessica’s Arc was launched following her death in 2019.

TICKETS:

Tickets to the hour-long experience cost £5 to enter (plus booking fee 98p per ticket) children under 5 go free with a paying adult. Ticket holders get exclusive store offers revealed after booking and there are lots of prizes up for grabs.

12 year olds and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.

13 to 15 year olds do not have to be accompanied by an adult but MUST be signed in by a parent/guardian.

You can cancel and reschedule tickets via Eventbrite.

BOOKING:

Your session will start on the hour of your booking.

Walk-ins will be allowed on the day if availability. To avoid disappointment we recommend you book in advance.

FAQ’S

Location – The Selfie Rooms are on the upper mall in the old Next store between Mobile Blitz and Jamaica blue and opposite M&S.

Where is the best place to park?

Palace Car Park – closes at 7pm

Charter Car Park – 24 hours so if attending the later slots park here.

When should you arrive and how long is the booking?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session starts and queue accordingly. Note your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased.

If you miss your time slot on that date, we have the right to deny your entry and you will not be eligible for a refund.

We have a strict 60-minute policy. After your 60 minutes, we ask you to wrap it up to allow others in.

To ensure everyone gets a turn, especially during busy periods, please be mindful of other people and respect their privacy.

I’m a parent, do I need a ticket to enter the selfie pop-up?

Yes, you do. Anyone entering the selfie pop-up will require a ticket.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children (5 and under) can go in free with any paying adult (1 per adult).

Children (12 and under) must be always accompanied by an adult. Don’t worry, parents/guardians make expert photographers too!

Teenagers (13 to 15) must be signed in by their parent/guardian.

How many people can I book for?

There are a limited number of tickets available online and for walk-ins. The maximum number of tickets you can book as a group is 6.

Can I drop my child off while I go shopping?

No. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the experience who will be fully responsible for the child in their care.

What do I do with bags and personal items?

Please minimise the number of items you bring with you. Bags and personal items must be kept with you at all times. Leaving items unattended is at your own risk.

Is there somewhere to put buggies?

There will be an area for buggies and pushchairs within the experience. Please note all buggies and belongings are left at your own risk.

Can I bring a change of clothes?

Of course! We are providing changing rooms at the event. However, please remember this is a family experience so please keep it all fun and child friendly.

Do you have a photographer in the selfie pop-up?

We do not, getting that ‘perfect’ selfie is all down to you or your besties.

What's your cancellation policy?

Tickets can be cancelled and refunded via Eventbrite.

Can I bring food or drink into the selfie pop-up?

We do ask you not to bring food or drinks into the experience as we know there can be mishaps and we want to keep our selfie rooms in pristine condition.

Do you have toilets in the selfie pop-up?

There are no toilet facilities in the pop-up. The nearest toilets and baby changing facilities are located nearby, head right outside of the pop-up towards Footlocker. You are advised to visit the toilet before entering.

Is there wheelchair accessibility?

Yes! Getting to the selfie rooms is easy, and we have lifts and wheelchair access from every entry point in Atria. Each room has been carefully thought through to make sure it’s suitable for everyone.
