Louise David is an expert personal trainer and nutritionist working with a range of high profile clients and for the first time is running this workshop to give the benefit of her expertise to help others.

Lisa Pawlowski is a qualified and certified therapist specialising in confidence, anxiety, weight control and relationships and carries out various group work and private sessions in this field.

Together Louise and Lisa want to help you feel more balanced in Body and Mind.
