About this event

This is a relaxed friendly online class. Each month you will learn new techniques to help lift, tone and energise the face, as well as relax stress and tension. Face yoga is a natural way of looking and feeling great by using facial exercise, facial massage, relaxation and acupressure points on the face. All that is required is some facial oil and clean hands to start the session.

The session will last around 40 mins and will consist of: a grounding meditation practice, neck and shoulder exercises, upper and lower facial techniques, acupressure points plus additional techniques for a particular focus area each month.

The benefits of practicing regularly include: smoother skin, firmer skin, lifted muscles, plumper skin, reduction in lines and wrinkles, reduction in puffiness and dark circles, energised appearance, reduction in facial tension, improved skin tone, less eye strain, less head, neck and shoulder tension, calmer mind, better mindfulness of face and overall feeling of wellness.
