Loved Ones Online Support Group

Hosted by Cardiomyopathy UK Specialist Nurse Jayne Partridge, this session is for anyone supporting someone affected by cardiomyopathy.

Nurse Jayne will host a session supporting those who support people with cardiomyopathy, providing a great opportunity to meet the community.

The session will take place online - a link and password will be sent to close to the day of the event.
