Whether you’ve got curves for days, a little extra to love, or a beautifully lean frame, this is your space to move, connect, and redefine what health truly means: how you feel, not how you look. This is a judgment-free zone where you can be yourself and find encouragement every step of the way.
The event kicks off with a 45-minute workout designed for ALL womxn led by Patty- the workout is mixed with body weight, free weights and cardio. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, move at your own pace, amp it up, or take it slow.
Afterward, we’ll gather for a calming and grounding breathwork + visualisation session led by Stelle from The Fifth Wave for) some much needed TLC to your nervous system. The aim is to feel recentered, calm and ready for the new week ahead. LoveHandles is more than a workout; it’s bridging the gap between fitness and wellness, encouraging us to look at our health holistically.
