About this event
Loverground:
Loverground is the project of multi-instrumentalist Kevin Erlicher. Former leader of the indie band Smooth Ends, the Franco-Argentinian, now based in London, draws his influences in house, pop and r&b.
Music has always been an integral part of his life. At a very young age, he began to explore different sounds and genres of music, both as a listener and as a musician. More recently Kevin Erlicher says he has been influenced by artists like Peggy Gou, Jayda G or even Bradley Zero.
He draws inspiration from elements of his daily life to create haunting lyrics accompanied by melodies that mix electronic music, pop and soul. Captivated by what sound experimentation can bring, he wishes to share and transcribe the personal experiences he has had with music through his original creations.
Svnny P:
Hailing from North London Svnny P (Peter Anderson) brings a delicious and eclectic mix of soulful bangers, disco classics and funky steppers alike.
Having dipped his toes into a plethora of genres when it comes to producing, mixing and DJing, Anderson found himself working with a variety of different projects such as Loverground, Rayowa, DROZ, Beach For Tiger & Yaz Aiyla, showcasing his diverse musical ability. Now, having been in the London music scene for some time, Anderson has arrived with his new personal project and alias Svnny P. Mixing his love of soul and funk, with his penchant for French electro house, Svnny P is here to bring you beats that will keep you grooving till dawn.
Loic:
Loic Trobas was born in Paris in 1997, lived in Argentina for 15 years and came to London in 2021. At the age of 13 he started playing music at parties for adults, where his interest for disco music and the great classics was born. Several years later, he founded with two friends a collective called "Collectif" (@collectifba), with which they performed several parties in the underground scene, in different locations: abandoned houses, cultural centres or atypical discotheques. After his time in Berlin in 2019, Loic got to know the love for vinyls, especially those of the French classic house, deep house and NY house scene, always keeping the disco essence of house. Loic also spends hours looking for new music to play in the various bars, bo-liches, parties, and even museums. His genres of choice range from Brazilian funk to African vibes, all kinds of classic house and organic sounds from around the world."
