Overview

Ladies, learn how to love yourself first this Valentine's Day!

This Valentine’s Day, give yourself the kind of love that changes everything.

Join this intimate online workshop created especially for women who are tired of feeling “not enough,” waiting for love to arrive, or wondering what’s wrong with them. In a warm, supportive space, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your worth, soften self-judgment, and build genuine self-love and acceptance—not as clichés, but as powerful foundations for healthy romantic love. When you stop chasing validation and start choosing yourself, something shifts: your energy, your boundaries, and the relationships you attract.

Is your "Yes" breaking your heart?
This Valentine’s Day, we’re changing the narrative. We’re taught that love means being "nice," "giving," and "always available"—but real self-love starts with a healthy "No."

This workshop isn’t about fixing you—because you are not broken. It’s about coming home to yourself, so love can finally meet you there.

Loving yourself first

We begin by laying the foundation. Before we can shift our energy, we must understand the our own patterns. We look at rewriting the Valentine’s Narrative: Moving from "waiting for love" to "embodying love." We reflect on how our subconscious beliefs dictate our self-worth and relationships and use Intuitive Intelligence Trainer ® tools to shift from fear to self love. Using the Theta Healing® technique, we will enter a deep, meditative state to access subconscious downloads: Instilling the high-vibrational feelings of what it actually feels like to be cherished, protected, and whole, according to the Creator of All That Is.
