Description

Prefect for those who sit at a desk all day, this new fitness class will help condition your lower body and glutes. By lengthening hip flexors and hamstrings, you'll also burn fat and get your heart rate pumping.

Focussing on compound exercises using bodyweight and resistance exercises, our instructors will help you on the way to achieving strong glutes, improved strength and mobility. This class is suitable for all abilities.

This class will run on each alternate Thursday, to really amp up your fitness programme, why not join our Core Conditioning class, which will take place on the Thursdays in between? Find out more here.

Please note these classes are open exclusively to those who work in our buildings at Broadgate only.

Please note:

  • Any equipment used will be provided by us
  • We recommend to bring a full bottle of water with you
  • There are shower / changing facilities at the rear of The Space | 3FA, although these are limited
