Introduction to Developing & Maintaining Self-Value

About this Event

We are delighted to be hosting an informative and interactive workshop to support staff with understanding 'Self-Value'. The workshop will give attendees an introduction to the key benefits of developing and maintaining a high level of Self Value.

Tea and coffee will be available.

Topics covered:

  • Self Value Defined
  • Why is Self Value important to your Mental Heath Well-Being?
  • Utilising Self Value in your relationships and in the workplace.
  • The role of Self Value in the development of Self Confidence and Self Esteem

Audience Participation:

  • Attendees will be given the opportunity to spilt into small groups and discuss what Self Value means to them; this will be followed by a group discussion
  • Q&A: Attendees will be given the opportunity to ask questions

Workshop Facilitator:

Coaching and Training has been an integral part of Sandra’s career for over 25 years and whether she is working in the creative or customer service industry her training has been the key element to the success of her work. Sandra is an experienced well-being life coach and counsellor who specialize in building confidence and nurturing self-value to achieve personal and career goals. With this in mind, her approach to coaching focuses on solutions, which is achieved by encouraging people to take responsibility for their actions, be accountable to themselves and their team and utilise the benefits of motivation.Sandra ran her own interior design company and worked in the events sector for many years before focusing her skills as a well-being life coach and trainer. She is passionate about empowering people to make positive lifestyle changes to reach their potential.

As part of her work as an online TV presenter and motivational speaker she organised and ran workshops and seminars for the City Business Library and London Small Business Centre. She has coached employees from Stanley Securities, Barclays Bank as well as smaller business providers.
