What is included in the price?

The price includes two days of training, lunches and breaks. It does not include hotel rooms, dinner or travel.

What's the refund policy?

We have a strict cancellation policy: Once booked, your place can't be cancelled so please don't book a place or request an invoice unless you are sure you are going to be able to attend. If you suddenly find yourself unable to attend, your place can be transferred to another Assistant or we can move your booking to another event but you are unable to cancel and no refunds will be given.
