Cars to be parked alongside tents
Max length of stay is 4 nights (i.e. Thursday until Sunday
All motorhomes, tents and campers to have left the site by 10am Monday
No music or loud noise after 11pm.
No metal tent pegs (this is a rugby pitch).
No chemical toilet waste to be emptied in the clubhouse toilets.
Dog friendly, but rugby players don’t like doggy mess!
Ludlow RFC will not accept any responsibility for accidents on site during your stay.
The ground is adjacent to a river and can represent a danger
Hard standing pitches are limited, available on a first come, first served basis.
No refunds will be given.
All campers to act in accordance with Health and Safety Legislation and LRFC Health and Safety Policy and comply with RLFC Official’s requests and Guidance.

How far is the castle from the rugby club?

About 400 meters, a 5-minute walk uphill, but suitable for pushchairs.

Will I be able to use my hairdryer?

Yes, in the changing rooms there are sockets and mirrors, they are open 24 hours.

Can we use a BBQ?

Sorry no, we must protect our rugby pitches from avoidable damage.

When I book, do I get confirmation of any kind or need a ticket / pitch number?

We will provide an email confirmation for all bookings, please bring this with you to show on arrival.
