Lullaby Bank - Cotgrave Library

The Lullaby Bank is your chance to relax and bond with your baby in a calm space. Sing and listen to melodies from around the world.

FREE 10 x week 1-hour sessions for mums* and babies aged 0-9months and mums in their Third Trimester.

*This course is designed specifically for the needs of new mothers to address the specific post-partum experience, this includes well-being, bonding, emotional and physical concerns.

Session dates for Autumn 2025

Wednesdays from 13.30-14.30pm, term time only

September 10th, 17th, 24th

October 1st, 8th, 15th Half Term Break

November 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th

December 3rd, 10th End of term

he dates in bold will only take place if sessions need to be rescheduled due to Inspire Music staff absence.
