LuMenosity - Welcome to the Rebrand of Sikh Forgiveness Men's Feelings Group

LuMENosity – Luminosity is light Luminosity is hope and LuMENosity is a virtual group for men to "lighten" the load.

It’s a monthly group for men of all ages and particularly South Asian Heritage, sharing and learning from others with experience. It’s a safe place to meet likeminded indivdiuals, build a support network, build on your own self-awareness and how to seek support to overcome those challenging times.

Special Guest Chaz Fliy Founder of The Sikh Colouring book. Chaz will be sharing his tips to positive wellbeing, his vision behind the The Sikh Colouring book and why this can help support men's mental health.

Every attendee will receive a free colouring sheet, and an entry into our prize draw for the rebrand launch . Those selected at random will receive The Sikh Colouring Book for free.
