Join us for an engaging afternoon of local archaeology, where we’ll learn how to identify “lumps and bumps” in the landscape and uncover the fascinating layers of history they represent .

Led by archaeologist Cressida Whitton (Devon County Council Historic Environment Team), this session combines a talk and a guided walk, exploring how to read landscapes through archaeological features.

The walk is steep in places and on uneven ground. Appropriate footwear is required.
