Relax in the outdoors amongst the trees, the forest wildlife, in nature, with a gentle breeze as we embark on a magical and relaxing journey of Sound in a Sound Bath.
This event is part of a series of Summer Sound Baths with The Holistic Therapy Rooms as we arrive with our intentions and settle into the session.
Adalet will facilitate the session commencing with a Shamanic Cacao Ceremony in Sacred Space before guiding you in a Sound Bath with Gongs, the Himalayan and Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Drum and additional instruments.
You may find that you receive insight, or your thoughts scatter and release as you deepen further into that floaty space of suspension.
Envelopes of sound and frequencies weave through and around you and then... we descend into silence, a sacred time for you to process the stillness, the quietness and where more of the magic occurs within as we finally draw this deeply nourishing alchemy to a close.
What will you need to bring to a Sound Bath?
You will find it more comfortable to lay down, please bring:
* A Yoga mat, reclining chair - something to lay on
* A throw and cushion for your warmth and comfort. Dress warmly for the weather and get cosy!
* Sunglasses
* A crystal if you wish to receive additional healing energies during the session
Your favourite cup for your Cacao and a bag to take your cup home in as there are no washing facilities. (Paper Cups will also be provided).
* A bottle of water to help keep your hydrated after the event.
Then close your eyes, remove all expectations, take a deep breath in and allow the sound journey to commence...
Some fruit to refresh you will be provided at the end of the event.
Contraindications:
* If you are pregnant, please contact Adalet in advance to discuss and bring plenty of cushions for the sound bath to ensure that you remain completely comfortable.
* Epilepsy - please contact Adalet to discuss
* Contact Adalet if you have a caffeine sensitivity or are taking any SSRI's.
Location and additional information:
The event will be held in Loughton with the exact location details disclosed to attendees 48 hours before the event.
Please arrive early and in good time to secure a parking space.
Please book early as places are limited.
***Please note that if the ground is damp, or we have adverse weather (including windy weather conditions), then the event will be cancelled with either a refund offered (minus booking fees) or the option to join a future indoor or outdoor event in South Woodford with The Holistic Therapy Rooms subject to space availability.
