Lunar Girlz Positive Periods

Lunar Girlz is a 4 week menstrual cycle awareness course which is run by Nichola Collins also known as Atlantic Rain.

The course is aimed at young women aged 9 +

As a massive positive period and menstrual cycle awareness advocate I wanted to deliver a course around this subject area to be aimed at the younger generation as it is my belief that we should plant positive seeds around our relationships with our menstrual cycles from a young age to enable growth into adulthood.

Each week we will focus on a area of our menstrual cycle.

Areas include; sisterhood, our inner compass, menstration, red tents, our bodies, celebration.

Each session will last approx 1 hr long where we will learn using art, poetry, songs, storytelling, movement, meditation and much more.
