Join Heart of the City and the Greater London Authority (GLA) for a Lunch and Learn exploring the Mayor’s Good Work Standard, a benchmark for fair, inclusive and high-quality employment practices in London. This session will introduce the four pillars of the Standard: fair pay and conditions, employee wellbeing and voice, skills and progression, and inclusive recruitment. You’ll hear from Lucy Crick, Senior Project Officer – Economic Fairness at the GLA about the benefits of becoming a Good Work Standard employer, how to start your accreditation journey, and how it can enhance your reputation, employee engagement and social value.
