Kim is a certified ADHD coach and the founder of Own Your Flair, a neurodiversity-led coaching and consultancy practice helping individuals and businesses work more inclusively and sustainably.
She has worked with organisations such as LSE, Frontier Economics and Sparta Global and is also the creator of Flairya, an AI ADHD coaching tool built from real coaching transcripts.
