Aimed at smaller or newer organisations across Haringey, the session will cover:

  • The role of trustees and what a board can bring to an organisation — beyond the compliance tick-box
  • How boards can help turn strategy into action and hold purpose at the centre
  • What makes an effective, inclusive board — time, clarity, diversity of thought, and values
  • And why embracing difference and change really matters — with a few lived examples from Mind in Haringey to bring it to life
