Guest speaker's profile:
Vicky Gutteridge is the CEO of Citizens Advice Leicestershire, where she leads organisational strategy, culture and people development. Under her leadership, the organisation was shortlisted for Best Organisational Design at the CIPD People Management Awards, recognised alongside national and international finalists. With a master’s in Strategic HRM and expertise spanning OD, culture and values-led leadership, Vicky specialises in designing coherent, purpose-driven systems that enable people and organisations to thrive.
