Weekly bitesize interactive workshops to identify the Tools and Techniques which will aid you in ditching those unprofitable activities.

About this event

Like many businesses at the moment, the questions of "Adding more Value", is one which many will be wrestling with to understand how best to achieve this.

Did you know that many of us end up spending parts of our working day doing unprofitable and unrewarding tasks when we'd really like to be getting on with taking our businesses forward and giving both our customers a more valuable experience as well as what we do within the business.

Using Lean as an improvement approach, isn't just for manufacturing companies, and you’d be surprised by the number of different ways you can apply these tools and techniques from product based to service based companies, and if you wanted to, even in your own home!

What is it?

Weekly bitesize and interactive lunchtime workshops developed to help you identify the Tools and Techniques which will aid you in ditching those unprofitable activities, obsolete processes, products and service to allow you to better put your energy and efforts into making your business more effective, organised and ultimately more profitable.

Whether you are starting up or ambitiously growing your business and regardless of what sector or line of business you’re in, you’ll benefit from learning and deploying these tools and techniques to help you focus in on the specific activities that add real value, to help you, to move your business forward in 2021.
