I bet it was the word Worry!
Whether we’re focusing on something we DO want or something we DON'T, we’ll get more of the same, in this example, more things to worry about!
When we say DON’T followed by something, for example, ‘DON'T worry’ we only hear the word WORRY
DON'T forget to, we or others tend to Forget!!
Instead say Remember to
DON'T do that becomes Please stop this
Communications clearer and we’re focused on what we DO want!
TASK: As you move through your day, focus your attention, your words on what you DO want, asking what do I want.

If we don't know what we want how can we focus our THOUGHTS on it!?
Once you're crystal clear on what you want, you can use tools and techniques to ensure your attention, energy and focus is on what you want, in turn feel good and fire your imagination.
CLARITY ensures you put a clear, detailed picture in your mind of exactly what you want your awesome future to look like.
Vision
The key to making healthy decisions is to respect your Future Self.
The mind uses pictures to help us process information and understand what we want to do. When you give your mind a picture it starts filtering the world and the input you receive, bringing things to the forefront of your mind to help you accomplish the picture you put in.
To do that, you need to get very clear around your optimal Future Self, Imagine the Miracles and Connect. Tune your mind in on a daily basis to ensure you’re moving in the right direction and taking the steps you need to take.
Habits
I'm a Habits girl, and I can categorically state it's the best way to become the best you. . . .
It takes on average twenty one days to form a new Habit and 98% of everything we do is a Habit.
So the goal is to make our daily success habits and rituals, like a morning routine, meditation, getting exercise as habitual as possible so we do them without thinking.

Who is Madeline?
Hi! My name is Madeline. I’m an NLP Mindset Coach, Trainer, Mentor, Author.
Helping empowered women thrive in the 'new normal' by getting clear around what they want and closing the gap between where they are now. Between now and the rest of their life!!
A few years ago, I moved and lived alone for the first time in my life, I struggled!
No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t lift myself out of the place I found myself. Drinking too much, arguing with my children, friends, family, and people in the village I moved to. After a few dreadful outbursts I decided it was time to get help and had therapy.
I use the tools I learnt during the coronavirus outbreak and lockdown, and now into continued social distancing #newnormal to ensure my mindset is focused on what I want, being a better mum, friend, family member, a more effective individual, as well as a well-rounded coach, trainer, speaker and communicator.
How we show up in response to anything, the actions we take to close the gap between where we are now and where we want to be, will determine how anything can be turned around into success.
I am now in love with my new home, created a thriving business coaching business helping empowered women get crystal clear on they want, let go of unwanted beliefs and create empowering habits to make long term change.
Having lifetime access to training, I am continually investing in my own personal development to enable me to support others in their lives.
