• What the Team don't offer and why
• Where you can signpost for help and advice
• Current waiting times
• Support available for those on the waiting list and for you

You will also have the opportunity to ask the Teams those questions that can help us to work more collaboratively through a shared understanding of roles and services provided across primary and secondary care.
