💫 Dr Abbie Harris from Life Molecular Imaging Ltd

"This presentation will provide an overview of dementia, with a focus on Alzheimer’s disease. It will cover the key symptoms of dementia, underlying brain changes, major risk factors, and current diagnostic approaches.

The aim is to provide a clear understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and highlight current progress in the field.

While the talk will mainly focus on understanding dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, it will also touch on the wider impact to help raise awareness and empathy among colleagues.

We will cover just the essentials, but the content will be relevant both to those supporting someone with dementia and to those who may face it in the future.

I will also be happy to stay on afterwards to answer any questions or discuss practical ways to offer support in the workplace.”

💫 Lisa Congdon from Cash for Kids

"Discover how awareness, empathy, and communication can transform workplace culture and strengthen teams.

This session will show how supporting a charity not only makes a real difference in the community but also boosts employee morale, collaboration, and brand reputation, as well as having numerous business and financial benefits.

Join us to learn practical ways businesses can engage their people, enhance CSR impact, and grow stronger together."

Lunch will be provided. Please note booking is essential to confirm numbers.
